Roane Loudermilk founded and serves as Principal of The Loudermilk Group, an elite luxury residential real estate brokerage group servicing Georgia and North Carolina. The Loudermilk Group by Roane is part of the Live Luxury division of Keller Williams, which has just a few hundred Realtors nationwide.

Roane has been a Realtor for more than 20 years, and she founded The Loudermilk Group to represent custom luxury homes and estate properties, and to assist high net worth homebuyers find the perfect home that elevates their lifestyle.

She is also the Founder and President of Loudermilk Designs, a leading interior design firm in Atlanta with an additional presence in Cashiers/Highlands, North Carolina.

Since starting Loudermilk Designs in 2018, the firm has grown to provide a superior interior design experience that adheres to budget and schedule timelines for clients including executives, entrepreneurs and other high net worth individuals, with most homes in the $3-8 million range. 

Roane donates to and has been involved in numerous charitable organizations including the Atlanta Food Bank; Hands on Atlanta; the “Homes for Hope” home construction projects of Youth With a Mission; Peak Performance Basketball nonprofit athletic program that develops underprivileged girls into confident women; the International Rescue Committee; the Boys and Girls Club, and she continues to give back to her professional community by serving as a mentor in her industry in partnership with Professional Women In Building and is honored to be included in the Housing First Minnesota judging panel.

Roane brings value to representing buyers and sellers with her experience in luxury design, luxury sales and her passion for helping others find homes they love to live in. Holding a degree in Interior Design and boasting over a decade of experience in the design industry, working at prestigious firms such as Cowtan & Tout and Stan Topol & Associates.

Michelle’s extensive background empowers her to provide clients with a holistic approach to real estate, seamlessly integrating aesthetics and functionality. By co-creating sophisticated, livable interiors, she enhances property value and elevates the overall living experience for her clients. Michelle's keen eye for design, combined with her market insights, ensures that every property is not only a house but a true home, tailored to meet the unique needs and lifestyles of her clients.
