We work closely with each client to determine a compelling offer based on market comparisons, recent sales data, and the specific situation with the desired home and any maintenance or upgrades that it may need. We boldly negotiate counteroffers and advocate for our clients until an agreement is reached.

Once a contract is signed, we support buyers through the home inspection and requests for allowances or improvements, mortgage lending, appraisal, and closing. 

Then it’s home sweet home as you take possession of the perfect luxury home.
